Cheese and Prociutto are just some of the precious fruits of this land devoted to eating well defining the best Emilian cuisine in the world…this tour lets you discover these two famous products.

Your private English speaking driver will pick you up from your hotel in Bologna and you will first visit an organic farm, where they produce Parmigiano and you will learn something about its method of production, through a guided visit there. After the visit you can taste different ageings of our parmesan cheeses.
Then you will be transferred to a “Prosciuttificio”, that is a local farm where they produce the famous Italian ham. You will visit the farm and then we have a light lunch there, too.
